Vandana Pamecha

Co-Founder

Educator, painter, dancer, and avid traveler. Vandana started in corporate leadership at TRW and Capital One before dedicating her work to educational initiatives — supporting children from humble backgrounds and visually impaired students. She is also a docent at the Smithsonian Museum of Asian Arts.

Post High-School Scholarship Program

NewLearning Foundation is committed to helping deserving students pursue higher education. Apply for our scholarship to support your post-secondary journey.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a current high school senior or have graduated within the last 12 months
  • Demonstrate financial need — household income documentation may be required
  • Accepted or enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution (college, university, vocational school)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to community service or leadership
  • Submit a personal essay describing your educational goals and how this scholarship will help
